Award winning multi discipline artist and past Art in Embassies artist for the U.S. Dept.of State
Welcome!
My current focus is primarily landscape inspired abstraction. The work is mixed media on paper, canvas or birch panel. I have been fortunate to work with decorators and galleries on many projects for both residential and commercial clients from New York to Florida and points in-between.
I also enjoy plein air landscape painting in pastels and oil.

Here is the finished painting. The changes are subtle, highlights mostly. I'm pleased with this one and I'm already working another from a slightly different perspective.

"Back To Huachuca" SOLD

This mixed media collage is an older piece that I decided to dust off, give it a new frame and include it our show at Edgewood Gallery. I have always liked the piece which was part of a very successful series I did several years ago. These works were exhibited at Dante's in Armory Square and several sold at that time. A few more sold over the years here at our gallery. There are only two left out of about a dozen. I figured as long as I had the glass off it would be a time to digitally document it. The other piece is "Desert Dawn". I'll post that one next.
"Back To Huachuca" $900.00 SOLD

"The Birthday Painting" & Current News SOLD

"The Birthday Painting". This is a recent acrylic on paper that has yet to be framed or priced. It is one of several pieces I am getting ready for our show at Edgewood Gallery in Syracuse. The show opens June 25 and runs until September 10. Edgewood Gallery is located at 216 Tecumseh Road in a wonderful neighborhood between the SU hill and Nottingham.
Kevin and I also have several paintings in "Art Literally" in Watertown. This a great selling show that benefits the Northern New York Red Cross and the Watertown Public Library.
In addition to these shows and a couple of other events this spring, sales have been brisk at our gallery with over a dozen paintings sold since March. I currently have three others on hold. The paintings sold have included a variety of styles including pastel landscapes, oils, interiors and acrylic and mixed media abstracts.
It's good to be busy!
